Before you write.
What are your minimum order quantities?
For commodities, lots typically start at one full container — roughly 20–25 tonnes depending on the goods — and scale to break-bulk shipments of several thousand tonnes. For machinery we supply single units for institutional buyers and project lots for programmes.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP are all routine. Tell us your preferred term and destination port and we quote against it, with the freight and risk split spelled out in writing.
How long does a shipment take?
Sourcing and inspection typically take one to three weeks after contract. Ocean transit then depends on the corridor: 3–7 days within the Gulf, 2–4 weeks from South or Southeast Asia, 2–3 weeks from the Black Sea, and 1–2 weeks from East Africa.
Can you send samples before we commit?
Yes. Samples are drawn at origin, sealed, split three ways — ours, yours, the inspector's — and couriered. For machinery we provide test-run reports, photographs and video before anything is crated.
Do you supply machinery outside the GCC?
Yes. We regularly arrange machinery shipments to South Asia and East Africa, including pre-shipment inspection, export documentation and commissioning support where required.
Is Prime Stone a licensed company?
Yes. Prime Stone Trading L.L.C-FZ holds Meydan Free Zone business license 2530265.01, issued 10 April 2025, covering Agricultural Crops Selling (activity 4620.90) and Wholesale of Agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Supplies (activity 4653.00).
